近期，中美省州工作组搜集了部分中方企业投资美国的项目，现将第二批项目需求发布如下，欢迎感兴趣的美方企业予以接洽。
Recently, the China Provinces and US States Joint Working Groups on Trade and Economic Forum have gathered 30 key projects of Chinese enterprises to invest in the US. The Chinese enterprises are seeking their US counterparts to work with through equity investment, Merger & Acquisition, greenfield investment, setting up factories, etc. CCCME, the Chinese Secretariat for China Provinces and US California and Michigan Joint Working Groups, on behalf of the 7 existing Chinese Secretariats, now releases the second batch of projects as follows.
16. 云南省厚生农业发展有限公司
专业从事庄园农场投资建设的公司，公司日常工作人员6人，目前正在纽约长岛市和云南澄江县各投资建设一个观光休闲庄园。长岛已于2016年下半年买好一个220万美金的农场，目前正在做规划，总投资约1200万美元，主要建设有：酿酒、品酒屋农场商店及配套厂房若干，需长期聘请当地员工20名，季节性员工约30名。国内正在办理租赁土地事宜。投资意向：投资建厂。投资金额：1.2千万美元。预计解决当地就业：50人。
The company is specializes in farm investment,there are six workers on a daily basis.A sightseeing and recreational farm is being built in the city of long island and chengjiang county in yunnan province respectively. we have bought a $2.2 million farm in the second half of 2016 at long island,business planning is on the way,Is planning to do a total investment about 12 million US dollars, the main building are: winery,tasting room Farm stores and set up auxiliary factories, to be long period to hire the local staff of 20, seasonal staff about 30 workers. 五月花集团成立于1994年,注册资金一亿元人民币。产业涉及房地产开发、物业管理和酒店管理，2003年建成了 “最佳西方五月花大酒店”， 2014年和2017年先后建成位于纽约长岛市的五月花豪生酒店和皇后区的五月花温德姆花园酒店。投资意向：投资和管理。投资金额：6千万美元。预计解决当地就业：120人。

山东新潮能源股份有限公司1996年11月在上海证券交易所上市，股票代码为“600777”。公司主营业务为石油及天然气的勘探、开采及销售。公司主要资产均在美国。2015年11月，公司出资22.1亿元人民币收购了位于美国德克萨斯州Crosby郡二叠盆地的油田资产，未来公司计划再对其投资20.4亿元人民币用于油气勘探开采。截至目前，公司拥有美国籍员工110人。目前正在进行重大资产重组，拟斥资近100亿元人民币收购位于美国德克萨斯州Howard、Borden郡二叠盆地的油田资产。该收购事项，中国证监会已审核通过，正待中国证监会下发核准文件。投资意向：油气开采、并购。投资金额：147千万美元。预计解决当地就业：100人。
Shandong Xinchao Energy Co.,Ltd, stock code"600777", was listed on the Shanghai stock exchange from November 1996. The company's main assets are in the United States and main business is oil and gas exploration, exploitation and selling.In November 2015, the company spent 2.21 billion yuan to purchase the Permian basin oil field assets in Crosby county ,Texas in U.S. Moreover, it plans to reinvestment about 2.04 billion yuan for oil and gas exploration and exploitation later.Up to now, the company has hired a total amount of 110 American employees. Nowadays, major asset restructuring is underway. At present, a major asset restructuring is underway.The company intends to spend nearly 10 billion RMB to acquire the oil assets of Permian basins in Howard and Borden County, Texas, USA. The acquisition, has been approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission,and the issued document is on the way. Investment model: Exploration and exploitation of oil and gas. 21. 天津大强钢铁有限公司

We collaborate with gas station retailers to offer a new ecosystem of integrating oil & gas and transportation industry. Investment model: R&D Center Investment Amount (USD): 500,000. Approximate Number of local employees:50.
23. 天津市富瑞隆金属制品有限公司

24. 杭州硅谷创新中心
